Safari Dien by Berdine Creedy
Little Safari Dien has come to my house. She's the same height as Kish Avery. Cute as a button.
I'm delighted with her, but she is so very different. I am used to the fine features of the little Kish Riley and friends. So, I was a little taken aback by the Berdine Creedy sculpt. Her hands and feet look like clubs compared to Riley's. Her ears, too.
That's okay. Once I stopped comparing her to Kish kids, I liked what I saw. Her face is precious. The broad nose fits with the large ears and hands. Her body is full-bellied and wide. She's blushed everywhere! Her eyes are deep brown glass with the perfect frill of applied eyelashes. Yuppers, she's a keeper!
My camera is acting up, so I will have to make you wait to see pics. But I promise to share as soon as I can.

Okay, back to dolls...
Hey! Just realized what an extensive array of Marley dolls I have. Here's the list: Lilac, Basic Redhead, Basic Blonde, Ocean Curley Redhead, Sugar Plum, Prep School, and Dorothy. I need to take pictures... I'm thinking of repainting. I want to re-do Dorothy's eyes and add more cheek color, too.
